EateryIQ is built to source data across your restaurant ecosystem, including ordering, third-party delivery, accounting, and operations. Source access and connection scope are aligned with your systems during onboarding. The public website calculators and dashboard previews use entered or sample data.
What is the customer account for?+
Your new EateryIQ account stores your restaurant profile, saved guides, calculator scenarios, and requests. It uses secure Sign in with ChatGPT. The existing restaurant platform opens separately and retains its own authentication.
Is EateryGPT available here?+
EateryGPT is part of the restaurant platform. This public site provides tools, guides, and prompt examples; it does not simulate an AI conversation or send your calculator inputs to an AI provider.
Are calculator results saved automatically?+
No. Calculations run in your browser. Choose Save to account to store a named scenario in your signed-in account, or download a local CSV.
Can you support multiple locations?+
Yes. Multi-location requirements can be included in a tailored proposal, including consistent reporting definitions, location-level review, and onboarding scope.
Will submitting a demo request book a meeting?+
Your request is saved for the EateryIQ team to review. It does not reserve a time or send a calendar invitation. A meeting is arranged separately.
Can I bring my existing reports?+
Yes. A walkthrough can focus on the reports you already use. Confirm available fields, reporting periods, and provider export formats during onboarding.
How do I request help or delete my data?+
